Wednesday, October 28th, 2009Sarah and Rob joined hands in marriage on October 24, 2009 at Saints Peter and Paul Chapel in Solon, Iowa. Their reception followed at Ms. Susan’s in North Liberty.
Some extra time before the reception allowed us to stop at Lake McBride for a few scenic photos around sunset.

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009Shotgun Wedding
Saturday, August 1st, 2009Although there were shotguns present it was obvious that they would not be needed to encourage the marriage of August and Karissa. It was very clear how much these two loved each other and were meant to be together. Mary and I had an amazing time capturing their beautiful day on July 25th at Kent Park located just west of Tiffin on Highway 6. Kent Park offers endless opportunities to be creative with the many scenic backgrounds around the park. The Black Eyed Susies were in full bloom and made for some spectacular backgrounds.
Thank you to Karissa, August, and their families for making us part of their amazing day!
Sit back and enjoy the slideshow!

They picked the beautiful Wildcat Country Club in Shellsburg, IA for the reception. Thank you, Eric and Amy, for making us part of your special day.

Saturday, May 23rd, 2009Mesa Wedding
Wednesday, January 21st, 2009Mary and I attended my cousin Matthew’s wedding in Mesa, AZ on Friday. There’s no way I could attend a wedding without taking a few ourselves. I had never met his new wife, Jennifer, before the wedding. I could instantly tell that these two were incredibly happy together and will be for very long time.
Congratulations Matt and Jen!!

Saturday, November 8th, 2008There’s something I love about small weddings. Weddings that are small in size are usually large in love. The people that are there seem to be so much closer and the whole event is much more intimate.
